Adrianna Brush, Ph.D.

Dr. Adrianna Brush has been a Lecturer in Chemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of Arizona for 3 years. She received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2008. During her undergraduate years, she spent a year working in Dow Chemical's rotational co-op program, and 2 summers interning with a material science start-up, BTG Labs. After graduating, she worked as a process development engineer for various cleaning and automotive consumer products at The Clorox Company for 3 years. She then spent 6 months writing an energy efficiency guide at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab before starting her PhD at the University of Texas. In her PhD, she studied surface science and catalytic mechanisms, and found a love of teaching as a TA. After graduating with her PhD, she pursued her passion for teaching and started as a lecturer at the University of Arizona in 2018.
